Return & refund policy

7-day return window
Most unused Skipper products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Custom-made or cut-to-measure items are not eligible for return unless defective.
How to request a return
Email 50skiper@gmail.com or call 9334565190 with your order number, product name and a short reason. Our team will confirm eligibility and share pickup or drop-off instructions for Jamshedpur customers.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (or as store credit for COD orders) within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.
Exchanges
Size or colour exchanges are subject to stock. Contact us before returning so we can reserve the replacement piece when available.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping.
